Lundgren & Young Insurance is a growing insurance brokerage in Alberta with opportunities for individuals who are looking to fulfill and expand their insurance career. We are currently looking for Independent and Partnership Brokers with or without a portfolio throughout Alberta.
We provide the best support in the business so you can succeed as an independent commission broker working at one of our branches where your office and administrative expenses are covered or working from home, or as a partnership broker (franchise broker) running your own business operation and still getting the support you need to succeed.
Some of the support we provide to our brokers includes access to many insurance markets, advertising, prospecting/telemarketing, in-house underwriting, broker support team, administrative support team, risk marketing team, in-house financing programs, advanced broker management systems, broker’s E&O insurance coverage, etc.
Our commissioned brokers have a vested interest/ownership in their portfolio.
Lundgren & Young’s Broker Commission Structure
• Independent Brokers (office and administrative expenses covered): New Business 60%, Renewal 50%
• Partnership Brokers (office and administrative expenses not covered): New Business 75%, Renewal 75%
Requirements/Qualifications
– Level II General Insurance License
– 3+ years broker/producer experience
– Must have experience in producing new business and take initiatives to prospect for new clients
